All our orders are shipped with cash on delivery.

Upon receipt of your package, you can check your item and try it on to make sure the size and product are suitable for you.

Size exchange

If the size is not suitable for you, we will proceed with an exchange as soon as possible.

When our brand launched, the costs associated with the first size exchange are fully covered by WAGOUS.

Defective product or order error

If you receive an item with a defect or if an error occurred during the preparation of your order, we undertake to replace the product without any additional cost.
